Chest: Lay the garment flat and measure from 1 inch below the armpit across to the other armpit.
Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the hood meets the shoulder) straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve: Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down to the end of the cuff.
